Established in 2014, Garden Bar is the destination in Portland for fresh, healthy and delicious handcrafted salads.

We’re on a mission to make eating healthy on the go better—and to give the underrated salad the love and respect it deserves.

No limp iceberg lettuce. No sad tomatoes. No store bought dressing. Just beautiful bowls of fresh leafy greens tossed with locally grown fruits and vegetables, premium meats and cheeses, plant based proteins, whole grains, cooked/cured specialties, nourishing nuts and seeds, seasonal bounties and a mouthwatering assortment of house made dressings.

We’re gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, keto, paleo—read: just about everything—friendly.
